Question 1
They asked me personal questions that stemmed from stereotypes and prejudice. One asked me if my parents were okay with me switching from a pre-medical career in undergrad to something in business (for context, I'm South Asian). Extremely unprofessional and close-minded and had nothing to do with discussing my qualifications for the role.

Interview
Fairly straightforward. First round behavioral. Second round case study take-home that you then present and get feedback on. The third round is longer behavioral. Know why you want to be in this space and have lots of potential stories prepared for the third round behaviroal to showcase your skills.
The interview process was a great experience...thorough, engaging, and insightful. I appreciated the thoughtful questions, the opportunity to share my background, and learning more about the team and role. I did not get the role but they gave me valuable feedback.
