Terrible. The recruiter was unprofessional, and it overall felt like the process was random. Anyone interviewing here beware, the process is entirely random even if you are qualified. Terrible company honestly don't apply here it's a waste of time. Almost so much of a waste that it's disrespectful to candidates. Stay away.

Personal fit is everything at Spencer Stuart. I did around 7 interview rounds before getting an offer. They really try tower how you would fit into their culture. They select out people who present inauthentic. You meet multiple people from associate to partner.
Fairly straightforward. First round behavioral. Second round case study take-home that you then present and get feedback on. The third round is longer behavioral. Know why you want to be in this space and have lots of potential stories prepared for the third round behaviroal to showcase your skills.
The interview process was a great experience...thorough, engaging, and insightful. I appreciated the thoughtful questions, the opportunity to share my background, and learning more about the team and role. I did not get the role but they gave me valuable feedback.
