      Interview

As much as they like to preach they are a 'unique agency' after talking to them you will realise they are just a run of the mill tin pot small agency with only one string to it's bow. After you have completed a 30 minute maths pre assessment you will have a call with what seems like a fairly normal office manager. They then allow you the "privilege" to complete a response to brief. They will then review it and decide if you're worthy of having a call with the two self loving German co founders. If you are unfortunate enough to have a call with the two of them, don't expect either of them to have looked through the task you spent hours putting together, they join the call and will spend it quickly rushing through your task asking questions they come up with on the spot and will give you absolutely no information on the role or what the company actually does. If this doesn't put you off then they will invite you to multiple other stages and continue with the same rude arrogant conduct, prior to this they will send you the strangest, fakest document about the company and it's vision (that self promotes the two co founders in a very odd arrogant way), which should be used as a case study about red flags of a marketing agency. In your next stages you will start to realise the process is a farce and during the continuous interrogation they do on you as a person and your career, you will start to play along with it and give wrong answers due to the total lack of respect you have for them.

Interview then a task to which they tell you not to spend too much time worrying about but then don’t like it when it’s not a grand presentation. I don’t feel I was given enough of a chance to prove myself or talk about my experience in the interview.
