I was place in a room with a few district managers. I was asked a few questions and it took a very long time for a response. This company has came a very long way in the interview process. It does still take a very long time to receive a background screening and many good employees have taken other positions with other companies due to this.

The interview was with the District Manager and was very professional. She made me feel comfortable and asked the typical questions. She was very clear with communicating when I should expect to hear from them.

It was very casual and made me feel comfortable in the company of the interviewer. Traditional interview questions were asked and some small talk was made. It was easy to feel good about the position early on in this stage.
