I applied online. I interviewed at Spectrum Retirement (Indianapolis, IN) in Feb 2020
Interview
It was a very fast process. Pre-pandemic. I received a call, there was an interview and then I received feedback.
During the pandemic they may ask for you to do a telephonic interview first, but overall the interview process is very easy and positive.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Availability, Experience, basic questions for any job. Right now the company is urgently hiring, so you're unlikely to have a thorough interview process, as the facilities are often new and need staff immediately.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Spectrum Retirement
Interview
Short and sweet. Nothing too difficult except just a few behavioural based questions. They let me know within a few days of the interview whether or not I had a job offer or not.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spectrum Retirement (Denver, CO) in May 2016
Interview
You fill out an application, go to the building when they call you for an interview. They'll take you to a private area and might take another person with them. The manager/interviewer will ask a couple of questions and ask if you have any questions for them. Once the interview is done, they'll let you know if they want to send you out for drug testing, or ask you to come back for another interview is there was enough interest generated from the position opening.
