Very thorough interview process. You meet with numerous people. The owner was very nice and professional. I was impressed by the level of talent at the company. They had a friendly but hard working culture.

Very well structured process where the business head took the first interview followed by key VP peers. The process involved a detailed explanation of the role followed by a comprehensive interview on assessing my fitment for the role. All well facilitated by HR.
