Phone recruiter asks questions regarding background and work experience. Provides you with a selection of scheduled shifts to work. You select the schedule and work said days as a part time employee. Full time employees are scheduled at random.
Go on zoom ask a few questions. Super easy to take care of then call you in person for second round. Hours are terrible tho. Pay is not bad but I’m not willing to work till 10pm

The interview was pretty standard. They asked questions about your retail sales experience and problem solving skills. They just wanted to know how well you worked with customers. It wasn't a bad interview
