I applied online. I interviewed at Spectrum (New York, NY)
Interview
2 weeks after applying for the position, I was asked to go to their office for an in-person interview. Good 30 min talk with the manager, she explained the position and tasks and asked about my professional experience.

Question 1
Tell me about your professional experience and accomplishments.
3 Interviews and a writing test was the interview process. One with the HR person, One with the news director and a producer. Was fairly simple. The whole process took about a month.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Spectrum (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
Completely disorganized and unprofessional. It didn't seem like the HR/recruiting side was communicating with the hiring manager at all. They were completely unresponsive when I followed up after my first interview. 2 months later, I suddenly got an email to set up a "final interview." When I returned the hiring manager didn't recall our previous meeting - or who I was. Despite several polite reminders that we had previously spoken about the job at length, we proceeded to have my first interview *again*. HR had scheduled me for a time when most of the other team members weren't available to meet with me. I spoke briefly to one other person who wasn't prepared for our interview at all.
