I am terribly disappointed with the interviewing process at Spectrum. First, you submit your resume and cover letter online and then a recruiter contacts you via email and text and ask that you answer a series of questions. Once you submit the questions, then you may speak to a recruiter who will ask follow up questions. If successful, the recruiter invites you to do a virtual interview with Modern Hire where you answer a series of 5 to 6 questions and submit the video online through the Modern Hire portal. Prior to me submitting the Modern Hire interviews online, I had regular communication with the recruiter. When I sent her an email, she responded very quickly. Once, I submitted the Modern Hire videos online, I have not heard from the recruiter and she has not answered my follow up emails. I feel like she ghosted me and this is an established company. Very unprofessional and disappointing for a company of this size. Companies need to understand that the interview process is not a one way street. Candidates are also assessing the company and it starts from the recruitment process to hiring. I no longer have an interest working for a company that will treat candidates this way. Candidates, Beware!
