The folks in the interview didn't sugar coat the job at all. They were very upfront about the stress you'll get from all angles (Customers, Dispatchers, Supervisors, etc) . You'll be installing cable and cable equipment. That's all you'll be doing. You'll be climbing telephone poles, going into attics, basement, under houses, and tight spaces, in ALL weather conditions, all to install stuff. Going home on time is almost never guaranteed. They asked nothing about previous experience, which I actually do have. I have 7 years of technical experience. I rejected the offer because the salary was too low for the level of stress . I currently make 18.76 and they offered 15. This would be a good job for someone straight out of high school and still living with parents.
