I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spectrum (Wilmington, NC) in May 2019
Interview
Submitted app online and 2 months later get request from recruiter for phone interview. One phone screen/presentation with recruiter and phone interview/presentation with sales supervisor couple of days later. Then much to my surprise, an offer with no face-to-face meeting. It seemed like your basic mirror test, if you fog it up with your breath, you're hired. While I guess I should feel flattered, it seemed too desperate.
Smooth, video interview. Simple instructions. Informative. Easy to schedule interview and HR Rep was on time. She took the time out to go over benefits, work schedule, and goals. I felt extremely comfortable and felt like we were just having a conversation. Not stressful at any time.

Question 1
No real question. Just asked about experience that I had listed on resume. Went over schedule to make sure I knew what expect and that it would work for me.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Spectrum (Portland, OR) in Jan 2022
Interview
The screening was a self-paced interview with multiple-choice and open-ended questions. There was no flexibility or space to explain why you specifically would fit in, but rather a series of multiple choice questions.

If contacted, how would your supervisor rate your performance compared to others?
Recruiter informs you about the job duties as a sales representative as well all benefits the company offers. They ask you questions regarding reliable transportation, insurance, and a valid driver license.
