The interview process was very long. This process was done at Goodwill and went through a series of interview people. 4 phases and the last was with Manager. The questions were Situational.
The person interviewing was friendly, and even showed me around the offices. Pretty straightforward interview questions. Tell me about yourself and Tell me a time you dealt with difficult customer?
