Interview
I applied originally for the Customer Service supervisor and someone emailed me and said I didn’t qualify but i did qualify for the Customer Service Representative. I did the application and got a call that next day(Thursday). She said she gave my application to a recruiter. That Friday, i got the call from the recruiter and got a very pleasant Young lady and we had a great conversation. She asked me to come in for an interview that Monday. So Monday I went in for the interview and two young ladies took me on a tour. The tour was about 30 minutes long and then I got interviewed by two very nice young women. After that, i went to the office of the recruiter I interviewed with and they offered me the position.
First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

Experience with difficult customer and how you resolved it
It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.
It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
