star method. You listen to a call and you explain what you will say or do in that situation. It was very fast and quick. One of the best interviews I went on.
They get a feel for customer service, attitude,quick thinkers. My interview was done first as a phone interview then a one on one interview to get a better feel. Must be on time

This was pretty drawn out. They do not have the highest expectations so they simply put you through a personality test, a typing test and then spend 5-10 minutes speaking with you about the job requirements.
