Did interview/ passed everything,assessments, job offer, then resinded do to background check of a misdemeanor. Until there is Youngblood in hiring process if you have a charge the uptight anal tunnel vision people they have will not hire do to 3yr old misdemeanor

First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

Experience with difficult customer and how you resolved it
It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.
It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
