I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spectrum (Saint Petersburg, FL) in Jan 2017
Interview
Seemed very rushed and amateur, Interviewer was not very engaged, seemed to be a very scripted interview process. Wanted specific "key words" in responses rather than real life answers. Not really interested in fully developed answers
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about very basic, simple tech items and then tried to coach you to give them the answer they wanted, right or not. Most were about items and processes not really used in customer support of IT (even at home)

The entire interview process was actually real chill and laidback. It was pretty much a breeze and best of all I didn’t have to shave my beard... thumbs up for that!
