Applied online, was called about two days later to go in for a group interview. Went in to the interview and since I applied for bilingual the interview was done in Spanish, however other bilingual sales agents had theirs in English. Was offered a job opportunity the two days later and went to take a drug test and waited one day for my background check to complete. You will get various emails from the recruiters about what you need to do and where you need to go.
Open interviews, asked pretty straight forward questions as long as you are friendly you will do fine and get the job done. I’m not sure what else to add. It was an open interview

Jerrel, one of three managers for the call center, asked if I ever did sales before and he told me what made him successful is studying products, pricing, and practicing call flow in the shower. I respect that because he already made 100k salary doing just that
Very simple and short. Your responses should be fast but not complicated ... at least in my opinion.
I personally feel like the guy who interviewed me was going to give me the job regardless. I kept telling him im nervous and he was understanding of it.
