No Phone interview. It was a group interview. The manager and 3 other employees fired off questions. Most of the time there was only a few seconds before a response was required. I didn't feel very confident about the interview when I left but did end up getting the job. The interview was an hour long, there were no further interviews after the initial. I was refereed by an employee from another department for the position.
