Panel interview conducted in two sections, a traditional structured portion, and an unstructured portion for general q&a. Panel took turns asking behavioral questions. Not too difficult, and I wished they had asked more technical questions or questions they had come up with themselves. Overall comfortable and low stress interview environment. Concluded with a facilities tour.

panel style with canned questions read in turn to you, scoring is done and an meeting to discuss responses done same day or day after. all interviewees for same positions are given same questions for fairness, but lack of follow up ability leaves depth of interview at a shallow level.
