Spectral MD interview questions

The process started with an initial call with the hiring manager. After that, I was invited for an onsite interview consisting of multiple 1-on-1 meetings with different team members, including the director, HR, and people from regulatory and other groups. It seemed they were trying to evaluate cross-team alignment as well as overall fit. Some of the questions during the interviews did not seem closely related to the core technical skills required for the role. Later, I had another virtual meeting with the director. The onsite interactions themselves were generally positive. However, after the interviews there was a long period (about a month) without updates. I eventually followed up multiple times and then learned that my application was unsuccessful. The communication and overall timeline could have been handled more transparently.
