Upload your CV online, complete a virtual online interview (I missed the deadline for it). The interview was basic questions like why should we hire you? What do you know about Specsavers? What is your previous experience? It felt more like a conversation and was very chill. Then I had a 1 hour shadowing shift just watching staff members work.
I was interviewed by two people. I was asked general interview questions and scenario based questions from a pack and given the opportunity to ask questions. I was then given a tour and offered the job the same day.

They are nice and friendly. They provide a lot of information of the role. They ask general questions and it is easy to answer if you have prepared well. Overall is an easy interview.
