In order to be invited to the interview I had to record a short video explaining why I would be the right candidate for the position. The interview took place at the branch I was supposed to work at and it was quite short (approximately 30 mins). The questions were simple, mostly focusing on my previous work experiences and the skills I gained. I also got asked about my hobbies and dreams for the future.

First round with manager of store which was face to face. It included questions on experience and education, situational analysis and also knowledge about the company, and checking confidence levels.
