Specialty Commerce interview questions

I visited for an interview with several staff members. The interview felt more like a conversation, which was great, but HR never met with me as planned and the company dropped several red flags during the process. They weren't even quite sure what position I was there for. They seemed to not be in communication with each other. Very nice people, but I got the impression the company is chaotic and disorganized.

I was hired through a temp agency and became permanent. My temp agency had me working many different positions. They knew i had the experience so they called me and asked if i would like to work there.
