Interview
The company has interviews with several departments and levels within the company. I had two screening interviews with a placement agency prior to my three interviews with the company. They are trying to make sure a person is not only qualified, but that they will be happy working with the people in the company. Reasoning being, better to wait for the right candidate, than to hire and train candidates who quit or you end up letting go.
