The interview process went pretty smooth and was just like your basic interview getting asked average interview questions about yourself, your work experience and your work ethic. Make sure you come prepared to talk about those topics listed above.

Tell me about a time where you had to handle a difficult situation with a customer.
The interview was decently long with many in depth questions to build an efficient and friendly team. It included a tour of the spa and meeting some coworkers. Overall, very welcoming!!

What's the greatest challenge you see working here and how do you plan on overcoming it?
I applied on Indeed and was contacted via email immediately to schedule a phone interview with the owner. The owner then called and we spoke for about 30 - 45 minutes on the phone she asked a lot of typical interview questions. We then had a face to face interview.
