Divisional Manager reached me 24 hours after applying through Linkedin. An online assessment was required before getting into the next steps for an over the phone interview. A day after completing the sales assessment, a conference call was required to discuss the job description, salary, expectations, etc. A face to face interview follows a week or two after the phone interview, but I was not invited nor a follow up note received.
