Invited to an in-person interview after receiving an email confirmation. The process was quick and interviewed 3 people separately, one at a time. Seemed to really value how you fit in with the team.

If you could meet and have dinner with anyone in the world, who would it be?
10-minute screening interview. I was asked via email to interview less than four hours before the actual call (red flag number one). The interviewer was obviously tired, insulted my previous job experience, and gave unsolicited career and education advice. Truly a bizarre, unprofessional interview.
