Phone interviews then presentation interview. Cut me loose after a 45-minute presentation for info they had after the first phone call. Could have saved both of us a lot of time and energy by communicating better and realizing I wasn’t a great fit before having me put together a nice long pitch.

What kind of beam is best for cantilever applications?
the first round screening just wants to hear numbers related to your achievements so definitely throw a lot of those. I made it to second round but the person was 15 minutes late to the meeting and it seemed like she didn't really care about the interview during our chat. Some of the questions were also pretty poorly described.
