Either it’s impossible to get an interview here or I’m just the wrong gender for the position. I have applied to 8 positions in this field this past year for which I’m well qualified for and always receive the response “we have decided not to move forward with you” in regards to getting an interview. I almost feel like I’ve been blacklisted because of how quick they send that out to me.
