Several rounds of phone screenings. In person interview, asked to give a presentation. It was not extremely formal. There were several one on one interviews during the in person interview.

I had the first interview with recruiter and after that with one technical member asked some technical question and passed that one and after that with senior/staff member and got more technical questions but didn't pass that round.
First round with HR, questions on background and experience with no behavioral type questions. First technical interview general antenna engineering questions, second technical interview more in-depth EM and antenna theory questions.

Both phone and on site interview was conducted. On site interview included a detailed presentation, several interviews and factory visit. On site interview was sponsored by the company. Overall felt like a very good process.
