Interview
Pretty standard interview. Few targeted technical questions. Most questions were regarding previous experiences. Multiple interview rounds with different people at the same level, some of them would not be part of the team that is hiring.
Initial HR rounds are hit or miss, based on how close your answer to the so called "technical question" is to whatever the HR person has been handed as the ideal answer. In case you take a different approach to answering, too bad, they consider that as a fail even if the logic and conclusion are correct.

I went through the first interview round. It was a 30 min phone call with mostly behavioral and some technical questions. Going through resume and elaborating on flagship project. Practice technical questions that would be similar for the next round interview.

Interview with recruiter then two rounds with hiring manager and someone on the team. Then a final panel round full day with a bunch of people, project presentation and 1-1 interviews.

I had an interview which was a 30 Minute phone call with a recruiter of the technical variety, which was as expected of a first round interview. Then, I had conducted a second interview, this time of the 45 minute variety.
