Interview
There is no phone interview. You are scheduled for an onsite interview with the hiring manager and 2 - 3 staff members individually. The hiring manager will ask you about the type of work you enjoy, how you solve problems and explain that by drawing on a white board. Make sure you understand the job you are applying for and prepare yourself by studying the subject matter.
