Southwest Power Pool interview questions

Interview was fairly straightforward but length between each interview was over a month and not clear communication regarding that. Expect about 2-3 months of your time spent for the interviews

The process started with a recruiter call followed by two interviews. The first included the Hiring Manager and a few HR department members. The final interview included the Vice President of HR and and a HR Operations Manager. The entire process lasted about two weeks, and a final decision (taking down the position) was released after 3 months.
