It was through a phone call, asked if I had experience working with children and asked if I was bilingual. Also, wanted to speak to them in Spanish as proof.

Attended a Hiring Event - They were all very organized in getting everyone to sign in, fill out an application for those who did not apply online. Throughout waiting period personnel would keep you posted on what process procedures were needed to complete.
