Interview with human resources manager and dispatcher manager, take typing test for 30 wpm, leave a voicemail so management can get a feel for your professional tone. Interview with HRM was more of a formal interview, while dispatcher manager went over policies/procedures and wanted to be assured that this job was the proper fit.
