I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines
Interview
I applied during that tiny 1.5hr window they opened apps. I received a virtual on demand interview. I absolutely despise virtual on demand interviews. Almost all airlines do them nowadays. I'd just prefer a phone interview/F2F/Virtual one on one. I know that's impossible with the amount of applicants they get, they have to use technology to filter out people. I'm just not a fan of it personally. Anyways I know I said a lot just to say that my application dashboard says that I'm still 'in process'. Haha

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2026
Interview
Interview process was long, it took over 3 months to be invited to the F2F. Everyone was very nice at the corporate headquarters! There was about 50 or more people waiting to be interviewed, we all went into another room where they briefly described the role and pay. One by one they called the names to be taken back for your f2f interview.
