Initial phone interview at first and then if they like you, they will fly you to headquarters in Dallas for an in person interview. On the phone and in person, they basically just go through your resume and the description of the position. I received an offer the next business day.

Very quick process, only took three weeks in total. Applied online, Had one phone interview with HR and then one Zoom interview with the team. Overall it was a good experience.

Interview process was speedy and smooth! It was pleasant experience. First there was a phone call interview, then I got a video interview with the department heads (8 or so of them). It was a bit intimidating to have an interview with that many people but was an overall rewarding experience.
Situational and behavioral interview. One screening and one panel interview. Whole process took about a month. Very good communication from recruiter throughout the process. Best to know Southwest values and culture going into the interview.
