I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2023
Interview
Basic corporate interview questions "Think of a time..." and explain how you handled the situation... HR person was friendly and honest. Let me know how hard the job would be working on the tarmac in Phoenix in the summer. I was a FedEx Ramp Agent before so the pace and lifting will be something I'm familiar with. I hope to transfer "Above Wing" after six months or so.
