The process was quite simple. It was all done via email and phone call. Very friendly interviewers and they make it really easy for you to talk to them. Be yourself and listen carefully to questions before answering them.

Interview process was speedy and smooth! It was pleasant experience. First there was a phone call interview, then I got a video interview with the department heads (8 or so of them). It was a bit intimidating to have an interview with that many people but was an overall rewarding experience.
Situational and behavioral interview. One screening and one panel interview. Whole process took about a month. Very good communication from recruiter throughout the process. Best to know Southwest values and culture going into the interview.
