Staff provided excellent support through the entire process. Everyone was upbeat, friendly and helpful just as you would expect from this amazing company's core values. I did a LOT of research on the company which is important but also make sure you are clear on your unique personality and what special contribution you would make to the company and your team. Also be extremely rested for your face to face to keep up your high energy for the day.

The entire thing lasted maybe an hour. A group of about 30 is led into a town hall type room. They give you a presentation while every candidate gets called one by one. 1 recruiter and 1 FA. Everyone I spoke to had hyped up the WN F2F as some uplifting “luv” event. This was not my experience. It was very underwhelming from what I was expecting. I felt I had a good interview but the FA on my panel was not very kind.
