I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2018
Interview
The process took over 3 months. I submitted my resume first and then within a month got a phone call asking if I would be willing to train, be relocated when getting hired, and then questions about my work history. after that I waited about another month and received another phone call asking more in depth questions. Once that happened I received a call two weeks later asking for a F2F. I scheduled my flight and interview 3 weeks out. Once getting there we go through a group process where they explain the the job and tell us a little bit about the company. Over all it was a great experience still waiting to hear back to see if I got the job.

Interview
So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
