I applied online on the Campus Reach page of the company's website. After a few weeks, one of the recruiters called me to schedule a phone interview. A week or so after the phone interview I received a call to schedule an in-person interview at Southwest Headquarters in Dallas. A few days after the in-person interview I got a call with the internship offer.
