I applied online. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2018
Interview
Interviewers made you feel relaxed. Made it easy for you to express and go through the process with less nervousness. They were awesome. It took a year to be contacted. Then I received a date for a phone interview and about a week and a half later I was invited to a f2f. I prepared for the interview but forgot to say some things. It’s very easy going but I did get a little nervous. Haven’t heard back on final process . But well Worth the wait. It’s an amazing company.
Application, ODVI, F2F. All pretty straightforward, emphasize safety and customer service. If they like you, youll get moved onto F2F round. Practice STAR Method and be comfortable talking in front of a camera

So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
