Interview
The hiring process is extremely easy as long as you do everything right. I filled my application and in less than a month I got the call for the phone interview. The phone interview was easy, they pretty much ask you about your other jobs, and why you want Southwest and pretty much that's it. After that you wait and if you pass the phone interview you will get an email to proceed to the F2F interview, my phone interview was a Thursday and then they called me for the F2F interview on next Wednesday so it was about a week. So then you get the F2F Interview and they ask pretty much the same as the Phone interview. After the F2F which was a Wednesday I got the Job Offer the following Monday. And then is the Background Check, Drug Test and Driving Record.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy
Southwest conducts an information session to discuss the position in detail before being invited to a one-on-one interview. The expectations of the position were laid out in a clear manner.

I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
