The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines
Interview
Applied in August. Got a email in September saying that they wanted to set me up for a phone interview. Got a call in October for the phone interview and scheduled it. The phone interview went okay. My recruiter was in a very noisy area so it was very hard to hear and understand her. I had to keep asking her to repeat her questions since it was so noisy and she seemed mad in the tone of her voice everytime I asked her to repeat herself. At some points of the interview she practically cut me off and would say okay moving on... and I had only been talking for about 2 minutes. Got contacted for a face to face about couple weeks later. Will update when I attend the face to face.
Application, ODVI, F2F. All pretty straightforward, emphasize safety and customer service. If they like you, youll get moved onto F2F round. Practice STAR Method and be comfortable talking in front of a camera

The interview was on zoom in 2022. It was with a recruiter and flight attendant. They were very nice and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. The whole interview took around 30 minutes.
I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in May 2026
Interview
So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
