I applied august 2016 . In September i got an email saying they were interested and to fill out a questionnaire .. in November i got an email to fill out a more detailed application. After that i got my phone interview first week of December.. he said i woukd know by the end of the week .but i got a call ue same day daying he was interested for face to face.. i am now waiting for f2f interview.
Application, ODVI, F2F. All pretty straightforward, emphasize safety and customer service. If they like you, youll get moved onto F2F round. Practice STAR Method and be comfortable talking in front of a camera

The interview was on zoom in 2022. It was with a recruiter and flight attendant. They were very nice and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. The whole interview took around 30 minutes.

So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
