I applied in August 2016. I received an email in September to fill out a questionnaire and then received a phone call a few days later, asking if I was still interested because they want to do a phone interview. After the phone interview I waited about 8 weeks, received a phone call inviting me to a face to face interview in Dallas. I haven't gone to face to face yet so no offer yet!
Application, ODVI, F2F. All pretty straightforward, emphasize safety and customer service. If they like you, youll get moved onto F2F round. Practice STAR Method and be comfortable talking in front of a camera

Interview
The interview was on zoom in 2022. It was with a recruiter and flight attendant. They were very nice and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. The whole interview took around 30 minutes.

So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
