Interview
The process was lengthy. Applied online. Got a phone call for first round of interview. Got selected and was called to Dallas for the second round. Interview was very basic with general behavioural based questions.
They want to know you and your personality. Be confident and show them what you are capable of.
It was a one way interview software was rlly buggy and syas you can redo the videos if you mess up but you cant :(. All behavioural basic like why southwest, why this position specifically, how does your experience, course work and involvemnet align with this position, a time you had conflict.
Lots of STAR style questions that pertain to past experiences. The interview was primarily conversation based, and not intimidating at all, would definitely recommend in any department, even if nervous.
It was quick and easy. This was the first round and more of a screening to make sure I met the same requirements that were mentioned on the application. They only asked 3 behavioral questions.
