I had a very short interview (less than 30 minutes), a brief tour of the school, a few introductions to administrative staff and I was hired the same day. In my interview, I was asked about my previous employment and was asked for references. I was also asked why I left my last job and about what I had done in the 8 years I had not been employed. (I was a stay at home mother during this time.)
