There was nothing unusual about the interview process, except that the Owner Mark, didn't listen to m,y needs regarding my work hours and days available. He asked me to work on a day that I told him at the interview that I would never be available for and with good reason. I was forced to resign or give in to his demands. It was a shame too as I had already saved him about $10,000.00 in the 33 months I worked for him by negotiating with vendors. His loss my gain. So, if you ever get an interview with them make sure you get it in writing.
